Tom
Founder and Owner of Hugo Plumbing and Pump Service! A Master Plumber with 35 years of experience. He manages the crew while working mainly on New Construction projects.
Mike
Mike has been with the company from the very beginning. He has 25 years of plumbing experience. Mike tackles a large number of our service calls, while also being our most experienced technician to work on boilers.
Sam
Sam joined the team right out of high school in 2012. With his experience and dedication he has become one of our main technicians to service Well issues. He also takes on alot of Residental service calls.
John
John joined Hugo Plumbing in 2013. John takes alot of the day to day residencal service calls. He is also an experinced technican in servicing Wells.
Nash
Nash joined the crew in 2018. He has experience working and solving a wide varity of issues. Majority of Nashs time is responding to Residental service calls.
Jim
Jim joined the team right after high school in 2018. He has spent majority of his time learning the ropes of Commerical and New Construction projects.
Paul
Paul has been with Hugo Plumbing for 3 years. He spends alot of his time on New Construction and Commerical projects.
Brandon
Brandon joined our team in 2024. He is generous with his time and has caught on very quickly. He spends alot of his time responding to residental service calls while also learning the ropes of New Construction
Jenny (Left) Sue (Right)
Jenny joined the team part time in 2024. She assists in the office with paper work, organization, and media updates.
Sue is the back bone to the company. She is married to Tom and has been apart of the team from the very start. She answers the phones, schedules appointments, and manages the books.
